What: “Celebrate Saratoga” Presented By: 4 Pilliar Funding is a performance-driven event welcoming people to downtown Saratoga for the Opening Day of the Saratoga Race Track. The event showcases downtown retailers, restaurants, and more. Meet Upset, the miniature horse, enjoy kettle corn and live music and find out who won this year's NYRA Window Decorating Contest.
