The Saratoga Springs Downtown Business Alliance (DBA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to cultivating a welcoming, engaged and thriving downtown for everyone who lives, works, and visits Saratoga.  We organize and host a wide range of community events- free and open to all- including festivals, markets, cultural celebrations and seasonal gatherings.  We bring together residents, businesses, and nonprofits through collaborative workshops and forums, and we keep our community informed through our newsletter, website, and social media channels covering downtown events, parks, arts and cultural amenities, attractions, local businesses and nonprofits.

In 2026, your membership contribution helps our community to organize:

  • Fall Fest Participation- Celebrating 25 Years in 2026!​

  • Victorian Streetwalk, which brings in over 20,000 people- Celebrating 40 Years in 2026!

  • Celebrate Saratoga Participation for Opening of the Saratoga Race Course- Collaborating with the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce for July 4th in 2026!

  • Partnership with The Saratoga County Chamber, Discover Saratoga and Saratoga Springs City Center for Saratoga NYE & July 4

  • Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony 

  • Santa visits throughout the month of December 

  • Monthly Newsletters sharing good news about our City and Downtown!

The Saratoga Springs Downtown Business Alliance is a nonprofit organization exempt from federal income tax.  Membership contributions support the DBA's community-benefit programs.

​

Member Benefits : In exchange for your annual membership contribution, the DBA provides acknowledgement for your support on it's website and social media platforms.  The IRS requires us to inform you of the fair market value of any goods or services you receive in exchange for your contribution.  Public recognition (such as listing your name or business online) has no established fair market value and is considered an intangible benefit with no monetary value under IRS guideliens.

No Goods or Services of Substantial Value: No goods or services of more than nominal or token value will be provided to you in return for this contribution.  The DBA's community events are free and open to the general public and are not provided exclusively to members to attend, althought you must be a member to vend or participate.
