Who:  The Saratoga Springs Downtown Business Association

What: FALL FESTIVAL is the Downtown Business Association's way of welcoming the Fall Season with a day of fun family activities. Children and their parents are welcome to dress up in costume and come trick or treating at participating businesses from 12-3pm. There will be several other activities planned as well such as live music, pumpkin rolling, face painters, and so much more!
