Celebrate Saratoga is a yearly event hosted by the Saratoga Springs Downtown Business Association that highlights the city's vibrant culture, small businesses, and attractions. This year, we were excited to include live music, kettle corn, The Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga, an airbrush tattoo artist, and dancers in addition to decorated storefront windows.
