The event includes over a dozen shops and boutiques who are opening at 6am and earlier on November 25th and offering discounts of at least 50% on select items from 6am-7am, 40% from 7am to 8am, 30% from 8am to 9am and 20% through the end of day.   Early morning shoppers will receive a Black Friday Shopping bag filled with menus and incentives from downtown restaurants and event sponsors.  Shelters of Saratoga will be offering gift wrapping at their “Wrap for Charity” location in the lobby of the Arcade Building at 376 Broadway from 7am to 11am. for participating stores and offers check out the black Friday Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/BlackFridaySaratoga.
